Manila is no stranger to me, several times in previous years. Manila gave me the feeling of a developing city full of contradictions. There are not only tall buildings but also tin-covered houses that can see the men and women in neat clothes and the poor people in clothes. Into the huge Shopping Mall (shopping mall), as if out of the world with two distinct. Not only can you buy all the Western brand-name products, some of our products are also of good quality. However, the overall feeling is that the inequality between the rich and the poor is mainly determined by differences in culture and education. This time I went to Manila and came out of the airport to see the environment and order that has greatly improved compared with the past. The traffic conditions at the airport to the hotel have improved a lot. Some very modern buildings are under construction, while some of the old restaurants and nightclubs are closed. Into the hotel or the same as before to be subject to security checks, the door is still gunshots. And Thailand, South Korea and even Japan, although the Philippines, rich and poor, but most people can speak English, which brought great convenience to our referee at the same time brought the pressure. Because the language is not very clear to those of us in non-English speaking countries, it is hard to establish the credibility of the referee. The biggest difference between Davis Cup and other games is billboards inside and outside the venue
