目的探讨米非司酮结合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将120例子宫肌瘤病例随机分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组单纯口服米非司酮3个月;而治疗组在口服米非司酮的基础上加服桂枝茯苓胶囊;比较2个组治疗前后的肌瘤体积、激素水平、疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组的子宫肌瘤体积、孕酮水平治疗后均明显小于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组的治愈率、显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊可明显缩小子宫肌瘤体积、降低激素水平、提高远期疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule on uterine fibroids and provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 120 cases of uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60), while those in control group were given mifepristone only for 3 months. The treatment group was treated with mifepristone On the increase of Guizhi Fuling capsule; compared two groups before and after treatment of fibroids volume, hormone levels, efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The volume of uterine fibroids and the level of progesterone in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01). The cure rate, effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsules can significantly reduce the size of uterine fibroids, reduce hormone levels and improve long-term efficacy, which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
