磷酸喹哌是上海医药工业研究院合成的抗疟药,与国外报道的13228RP化学结构相同。我们用微电极技术观测了其对豚鼠心室乳头肌乌头碱、哇巴因性自发节律的影响。材料与方法健康豚鼠345±SD42g,击昏后开胸取出心脏,取右心室乳头肌固定,台氏液灌流,稳定后记录。磷酸喹哌由上海医药工业研究院提供,乌头碱、哇巴因为西德E.Merck厂生产。实验结果1 对照组(n=5),用含乌头碱(0.1mg/L)的台氏液灌流标本,可使之出现自发节律,1h内频率无明显改变。给药组(n=8)出现自发节律后,加入磷酸喹哌使其浓度为1.95×10~(-5)mol,经12~40min,3例自发节律消失,5例明显减慢(P<0.01)。
Quipiper phosphate is an anti-malarial drug synthesized by the Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry, which has the same chemical structure as the 13228RP reported in foreign countries. We used microelectrode technology to observe its effects on guinea pig ventricular papillary aconitine and ouabain spontaneous rhythms. Materials and Methods Healthy guinea pigs 345 ± SD42g, after thunderstorm thoracotomy removed the heart, take the right ventricle papillary muscle fixed, Tyrode’s solution perfusion, stable record. Quipiper phosphate is provided by the Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry, and aconitine, ouabain, is produced by the West German E. Merck plant. Experimental results 1 control group (n = 5), containing aconitine (0.1mg / L) of Tial fluid perfusion specimens, can make spontaneous rhythm, no significant change within 1h frequency. After spontaneous rhythm, the concentration of quinpirine was 1.95 × 10 ~ (-5) mol in the treatment group (n = 8), and disappeared in 3 spontaneous rhythms after 12 ~ 40 min (P < 0.01).
