生活环境的残留过氧化氢的检测十分有必要。本文首次提出一种捏合型的试纸构造,结合酶促显色反应原理,研制出了一款可在1min内快速进行过氧化氢浓度半定量检测的捏合型生物酶试纸。该试纸利用辣根过氧化物酶作为催化剂,在过氧化氢存在下,显色剂可被氧化生成绿色产物,因此在跟标准色进行对比后,可以根据颜色深浅来判断过氧化氢浓度。本方法灵敏度高且现象明显。采用捏合型的试纸构造,有效提高了试纸的稳定性,操作简便性。
Living environment residues hydrogen peroxide testing is necessary. This paper presents for the first time a kind of kneading type test strip construction, combined with the principle of enzymatic color reaction, developed a rapid test of hydrogen peroxide concentration in 1min semi-quantitative detection of the kneaded bio-enzyme test paper. The test strips use horseradish peroxidase as a catalyst. In the presence of hydrogen peroxide, the color reagent can be oxidized to form a green product. Therefore, after comparing with the standard color, the hydrogen peroxide concentration can be judged according to the color depth. The method has high sensitivity and obvious phenomenon. Using kneading type test paper structure, which effectively improves the stability of the test paper, ease of operation.
