建立某直升机武器外挂的外形模型,采用物理光学法和等效电磁流法计算了武器外挂在HH极化、2~18GHz频率的RCS特性。进行武器外挂RCS减缩研究,提出了直升机武器外挂整形罩的隐身设计方法,将原武器外挂在4个波段、三个重要方向下的RCS水平从1.5m~2~18.6m~2降低到0.004 m~2~0.06 m~2,减缩量达23~40dB,有效降低了其在主要散射方向上的雷达散射水平。分析了改型前后的气动特性,保证了改型对直升机的气动性能影响较小。
The appearance model of a helicopter weapon plug-in is established. The physical characteristics and RCS of the weapon plug-in are calculated by using the physical optics method and the equivalent electromagnetic flow method. In order to reduce the RCS of weapon plug-in, the stealth design method of the helicopter’s external plastic cover is put forward. The original weapon is externally linked to 4 bands and the RCS level in three important directions is reduced from 1.5m ~ 2 ~ 18.6m ~ 2 to 0.004m ~ 2 ~ 0.06 m ~ 2, and the reduction is 23 ~ 40dB, which effectively reduces the radar scattering level in the main scattering direction. The aerodynamic characteristics before and after modification are analyzed to ensure that the modification has little impact on the aerodynamic performance of the helicopter.
