Astronomy-C Satellite Following the two X-ray astronomy satellites, Swan and Pegasus, the Astronomy-C satellite is loaded with higher-performance X-ray telescopes to study X-ray objects beyond the Milky Way. The telescope, co-developed by the Institute of Cosmic Sciences and the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, is almost one-digit larger than the telescopes of the Pegasus satellite.
