采用放射免疫的方法检测了60例流行性出血热(EHF)病人尿液样本94份。结果显示早期病人(1~4病日组)尿液6-酮-PGF_(1α)开始下降,低于正常人水平(P<0.01),这一改变与病情严重程度高度相平行。结果提示EHF早期病人肾内PGI_2代谢就存在改变,这种变化可能与EHF病情加重有关。
A total of 94 urine samples from 60 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) were detected by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that urinary 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) in early patients (1-4 days group) began to decline, lower than the normal level (P <0.01). This change paralleled with the severity of the disease. The results suggest that early renal EHF PGI_2 renal metabolism there is a change, this change may be related to the exacerbation of EHF.
