病毒性脑膜炎是一类临床常见的中枢神经系统感染性疾病,可由多种病毒感染致病,除特殊情况外,多呈散发性发病。B组柯萨奇病毒(CSV_b)和风疹病毒(RV)在病毒性脑膜炎时的分布情况和致病地位,因长期以来缺乏有效的临床病原学检测手段而知之甚少。
Viral meningitis is a common clinical CNS infectious disease that can be caused by a variety of viral infections, except for special circumstances, mostly sporadic disease. The distribution and pathogenicity of Coxsackievirus B (CSV_b) and rubella virus (RV) in viral meningitis in Group B are poorly understood due to the lack of an effective clinical etiological test for a long time.
