学校体育工作质量文化是学校质量文化不可缺少的部分,影响到学校体育工作的各个方面。从学校体育质量文化的内涵和内容入手,从五个方面分析医学院校体育工作质量文化的现状及问题,力求探索出促进医学院校体育工作质量文化建设的推进策略,从而促进医学院校体育内部质量管理体系的建设,提高医学院校体育工作管理质量和教育质量。
