经过多年来的努力,目前我国已经基本上建立了相对完善的社会保障体系,企业离退休人员基本上已经实现了社会化管理,但是至今仍有一些企业,尤其是国有企业中的离退休人员始终需要由原来的单位进行管理,企业需要花费大量的人力与物力进行这项工作。基于这种现象,本文针对企业离退休人员社会化管理中的一些问题展开了分析。
