髓过氧化物酶可作为粒细胞的标志酶,用于急粒和急淋的鉴别,慢粒急变时细胞类型的确定,以及白前时异常细胞群体的发现等。本文就10例白血病患者的骨髓或血液标本,采用DAB显示内源性过氧化物酶的方法处理,在电镜下观察酶在细胞超微结构中的定位及其异常改变。结果显示,在白血病性原始粒细胞和早幼粒细胞内,髓过氧化物酶的出现不仅显示了从粗面内质网,经过高尔基体加工、包装而形成嗜天青颗粒的正常分泌过程,亦可出现于种种异常结构内,如棒状小体、假性Chediak—Higashi颗粒等。此外,本文就电镜髓过氧化物酶反应程序中应注意的事项也加以介绍和讨论。
