目的 初步建立检测矿泉水中细菌总数的微菌落技术。 方法 以抽滤方式将待测水样 1ml接种于混合纤维素膜上 ,然后贴在琼脂平板上 37℃培养 12h ,取下膜透明处理、沙黄染色后显微镜记数。 结果 与常规平板计数法比较 ,差别无显著性。同时可测定细菌浓度低于 10 3cfu/ml的水样。结论 该法具有经济、快速、结果易于保存等特点
Objective To establish a preliminary micro-colony technology for detecting the total bacteria in mineral water. Methods 1 ml water sample was inoculated on the mixed cellulose membrane by suction filtration, and then attached to agar plate for 12 h at 37 ℃. The membrane was removed and the cells were counted with a microscope. Results Compared with the conventional plate count method, the difference was not significant. At the same time can determine the bacterial concentration of less than 10 3cfu / ml of water samples. Conclusion The method has the characteristics of economy, quickness and easy to save the result
