军队后勤机关的秘书工作与司令部、政治部机关相比,既有共性,也有个性。从本质上看,三大机关的秘书工作在性质、职能、规律、特点等方面基本上是相同的。但由于所在机关的工作性质、具体任务、体制编制、工作要求等不同,各机关的秘书工作在机构设置、工作内容、工作范围以及对秘书人员的素质要求等方面也有其自身的特殊性。本文仅就以下四个方面作一些粗浅的分析和探讨。
The secretarial work of the military logistics agencies has both commonalities and personalities as compared with those of the headquarters and the departments of the political department. In essence, the secretarial work of the three organs is basically the same in terms of nature, functions, laws and characteristics. However, due to the nature of their work, specific tasks, system establishment and work requirements, the secretarial work of various agencies also has its own uniqueness in the aspects of organization establishment, work content, scope of work and quality requirements for secretarial staff. This article only on the following four aspects to make some superficial analysis and discussion.
