本文介绍Ni-25Cr沉淀强化耐热腐蚀高温合金—217合金成份设计研究结果。根据性能指标的要求,对影响合金主要性能的一些因素进行了理论分析,并设计出试验合金成份。通过热腐蚀、强度和可焊性试验得到最佳的合金成份为:24.5%Cr,9%Co,3.6%W,1.3%Mo,2%Ti,1.3%Al,0.1%C,0.05%Zr,余量Ni。经多次热腐蚀试验表明,合金在850℃高温下具有优良的抗热腐蚀能力。25%Cr的217合金850℃下抗热腐蚀能力接近FSX-414钴基合金水平;持久强度比国外In-587合金高,同FSX-414合金强度性能相当;合金有良好的组织稳定性和铸造、可焊工艺性能,是850℃高温下工业燃汽轮机较理想的导向叶片材料,也适用柴油机和天然气腐蚀性环境工作的高温部件材料。
This article describes the Ni-25Cr precipitation hardening heat-resistant superalloy -217 alloy composition design and research results. According to the requirements of the performance index, some factors that affect the main properties of the alloy were theoretically analyzed and the experimental alloy composition was designed. The best alloying compositions obtained by hot corrosion, strength and weldability tests were 24.5% Cr, 9% Co, 3.6% W, 1.3% Mo, 2% Ti, 1.3% Al, 0.1% C, Balance Ni. After repeated hot corrosion tests showed that the alloy has excellent resistance to hot corrosion at 850 ℃. The hot corrosion resistance of the alloy of 25% Cr 217 at 850 ℃ is close to that of the FSX-414 cobalt base alloy. The long-lasting strength is higher than that of the foreign In-587 alloy and the same as that of the FSX-414 alloy. The alloy has good microstructure stability and casting , Solderable process performance, it is the ideal guide vane material for industrial gas turbines at 850 ℃, and it is also suitable for the high-temperature component materials that work in the corrosive environment of diesel engine and natural gas.
