软组织软骨瘤是一种罕见的发生于骨外和滑膜外软组织的良性肿瘤,好发于手部和足部。文献多为个案报道。现将我们收治的2例患者报告如下。例1:女,52岁。发现左足第一跖趾关节跖面肿物10年。行走时第一跖趾关节处疼痛。查体:左足第一跖趾关节跖面可触及一1cm×1cm×1cm大小、质韧、有轻微压痛的肿物。X线未见钙化影;B超示低回声肿物;MRI示T1加权像与周围肌肉信号相等,T2加权像为高信号。行软组织肿物切除活检术。术后病理为软骨瘤。术后随访13个月,无复发。
Soft tissue chondroma is a rare benign tumor that occurs in the soft tissue of the outer and outer synovium and occurs in the hands and feet. The literature is mostly case reports. Now we have two patients admitted to the report as follows. Example 1: Female, 52 years old. Found the first left metatarsophalangeal plantar metatarsal mass 10 years. The first metatarsophalangeal joint pain when walking. Physical examination: left foot first metatarsophalangeal joint plantar surface can reach a size of 1cm × 1cm × 1cm, quality toughness, a slight tenderness of the tumor. X-ray showed no calcification; B ultrasound showed hypoechoic; MRI showed T1 weighted image and the surrounding muscle signal is equal, T2 weighted image is high signal. Line soft tissue mass excision biopsy. Postoperative pathological chondroma. All patients were followed up for 13 months without recurrence.
