中国水利学会施工专业委员会混凝土无损检测学组成立会于1986年7月1日～2日在扬州市举行。参加会议的有来自全国水利水电系统从事混凝土无损检测工作的设计院、工程局、仪器厂家、科研等单位的代表25人。会议讨论并通过了“学组章程”,研究了学组今后的工作计划。代表们就各自在水电工程中具体应用和开展混凝土无损检测技术的经验和体会进行了广泛的交流。会议认为,随着声测技术的发展和不断迅速得到推广应 China Institute of Hydraulic Construction Committee of non-destructive testing of concrete composition of the founding date July 1, 1986 ~ 2 in Yangzhou City.
