作者采用不同产区的单味五味子浸渍液为对照品,运用薄层层析和紫外吸收的方法来鉴别五味子冲剂的质量。结果表明,不同产区的五味子冲剂及五味子流浸膏和中药材五味子的最大紫外吸收峰和薄层层析谱均基本一致。
The authors used single-flavor schisandra impregnated liquid from different production areas as the reference substance, and used thin layer chromatography and ultraviolet absorption to identify the quality of Schisandra granules. The results showed that the maximum UV absorption peaks and thin layer chromatograms of Schisandra granules and Schisandra chinensis extracts and Chinese medicinal materials Schisandra from different regions were basically the same.
