近几年国家基础建设的加快,使得农村的耕地大量被征用,越来越多的农民失去了赖以生存的土地,纷纷进城打工,农民工自己进城发展的同时,只能选择将孩子留在农村,并托付给老人照看,最终形成了农民工父母与子女分隔两地的局面:一个新的弱势群体——留守儿童随之产生。这一群体的教育问题成为当前教育的一大难题。本文提出对于留守学生班主任要具备爱心、耐心、细心与恒心。
In recent years, the acceleration of national infrastructure has led to a large number of farmland in rural areas being expropriated. More and more farmers have lost land for survival. They have to work in cities, and migrant workers can only choose to bring their children into the city. Stayed in rural areas and entrusted to the elderly to take care of them, eventually formed a situation in which the peasant worker’s parents and children were separated from each other: a new vulnerable group - left behind children are born. The education problem of this group has become a major problem in current education. This article proposes that the head teacher of left-behind students should have love, patience, carefulness and perseverance.
