今年我省修建一座全长508米的大桥,河中九个主跨的上部结构采用32米预应力梁,这对我们来说是一项新东西,心中无数。特别是施工工艺问题,存在的问题的确不少,困难很多。通过学习大庆油田的革命精神,遇到困难不是畏缩不前,而是认真学习毛主席的著作,遵照毛主席的教导,破迷除信,解放思想,知难而进。我们在党的正确领导和支持下,组织了设计、施工两方面的领导技术人员和工人几次去兄弟单位参观学习,得到很大的启发和帮助,对设计方法、施工工艺及应用设备有了初步的概念,树立了信心。继而采取现塲设计,并决定采用了弗氏锚
