OBJECTIVE To identify, analyze and evaluate the harm factors of occupational diseases produced by a high-tech polycrystalline silicon manufacturer in Luoyang High-tech Co., Ltd. and their harmfulness, and put forward appropriate countermeasures and measures to prevent and control the occurrence of occupational diseases. Methods According to the relevant laws, regulations and norms and standards, the on-site occupational health survey and testing method were adopted. Results The main occupational hazards that occurred or existed in the production process were dust (lime dust, elemental silica dust), chemical factors (hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid, hydrogen fluoride, nitrogen dioxide, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and ammonia) Factors (noise, high-frequency electromagnetic field, power frequency electric field). The test results show that the passing rate of dust detection is 100% and the passing rate of chemical factor testing is 100%. The passing rate of high-frequency electromagnetic field and power frequency electric field is 100% and the noise detection pass rate is 47%. The company conducted occupational health checks on 100 workers exposed to occupational hazards and found no target diseases. Conclusion Noise and hydrogen chloride are the main occupational hazards that exist in this enterprise. Although occupational disease prevention measures are taken, there is still a serious phenomenon of excessive noise intensity. According to the existing problems, employers should, according to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, And make corrections and fulfillment in accordance with the requirements of the recommendations so that the concentration (or intensity) of occupational hazards in the workplace meets the requirements of the nationally stipulated occupational health limits and prevent and control the occurrence of occupational diseases.
