目的:观察降逆调胃汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗肝胃不和型胃食管反流病(GERD)的临床疗效。方法:将98例肝胃不和型GERD患者随机分为对照组与观察组各49例。对照组给予口服奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上加以口服调胃降逆汤,2组均连续治疗30天。治疗后,比较2组临床疗效与证候改善情况,包括主要证候(吞酸、嗳气、呃逆及脘腹胀满或胀痛等)、次要证候(食管外症状、胃脘嘈杂、善太息、情志抑郁及不欲食等)。结果:治疗后,2组吞酸、嗳气、呃逆及脘腹胀满或胀痛等主要证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组各项主要证候积分的改善程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组食管外症状、胃脘嘈杂、善太息、情志抑郁及不欲食等次要证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),2组各次要证候积分改善程度基本一致(P>0.05)。观察组的治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:调胃降逆汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊能有效改善GERD患者的主、次要证候,具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiangni Decoction combined with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of gastroesophageal and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Methods: Ninety-eight patients with GERD with hepatomegaly and non-GERD were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 49 cases each. The scores of secondary syndromes such as extra-esophageal symptoms, noisy stomach, good breath, depressed mood and non-appetite were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the scores of secondary syndromes in both groups were basically the same P> 0.05). The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tweezshen decoction combined omeprazole enteric-coated capsules can effectively improve the primary and secondary syndromes in patients with GERD, and has good clinical efficacy.
