Corporate culture and human resources management are the same The corporate culture is narrowly defined as the management ideology, group awareness, values, behavioral norms, and behavior patterns formed by the company and its employees in long-term production and management. It is the unity of commonness and individuality, and the unity of history and time. With the advent of a knowledge-based economy, companies must manage their employees’ minds while managing their employees’ behaviors, that is, cultural management. To maintain a strong competitive edge, companies should require employees to use their minds to creatively work. To achieve this goal
