目的:研究刺五加皂苷对模拟失重4周大鼠血清生化指标(血脂、血糖、肝功能、肾功能、免疫功能)的影响。方法:将50只SD大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,模型组及给药组尾吊4周后,心脏取血,检测血脂、血糖及肝、肾功能、免疫功能等生化指标。结果:模拟失重4周后,模型组大鼠胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)升高(P<0.05);甘油三酯(TG)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量明显下降(P<0.05);总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)及白球比(A/G)降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)有降低趋势。刺五加皂苷高剂量对升高的TC有降低趋势,同时显著性降低模型失重组有升高趋势的CREA(P<0.05);刺五加中、低剂量不同程度升高TP、ALB及A/G、ALP。结论:刺五加皂苷对模拟失重4周所致大鼠血脂、血糖、免疫功能变化均有不同程度的改善作用,对肝、肾功能影响不大。
Objective: To study the effects of Acanthopanax senticosus saponins on serum biochemical parameters (blood lipid, blood glucose, liver function, renal function, immune function) in 4 weeks after simulated weightlessness. Methods: 50 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, high, medium and low dose group, 10 rats in each group. After 4 weeks of tail suspension in model group and administration group, And liver, kidney function, immune function and other biochemical indicators. Results: After 4 weeks of simulated weightlessness, the levels of TC and LDL-C in model group were significantly increased (P <0.05); while the content of triglyceride (TG) and glucose (GLU) P <0.05). The levels of TP, ALB and A / G decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01) and ALP decreased. Acanthopanax senticosus high doses on increasing TC have a downward trend, while significantly reduce the model weight-loss group increased CREA (P <0.05); Acanthopanax senticosus increased at different levels of TP, ALB and A / G, ALP. CONCLUSION: Acanthopanax senticosus improved the blood lipid, blood glucose and immune function in rats induced by simulated weightlessness for 4 weeks, but had little effect on liver and kidney function.
