不完全是巧合,儿童节成了邓元鋆的幸运日。2000年6月1日,3Com 启用新 LOGO,当天邓元鋆成为3Com 中国区的总裁。2001年的6月1日,邓元鋆成为3Com 北亚区总裁。“公司的标记变了,自己的职位升迁了,但这些只是表面……”蕴藏在后面的是什么?在正式采访邓元鋆之前,3Com 市场部给了我们厚厚一叠媒体剪报,里面是上一次邓元鋆升职时的报道。看过报道,有一点给记者留下了深刻的印象——邓曾不止一次地说服总部在制定全球战略时,给中国特殊对待。用邓的话——“这一切是基于3Com 中国用户特殊需求考虑的。”如何知道用户的切实需要?邓的回答是,规范的公司需要一种规范的信息管理手段——CRM。
