护理人员肌肉骨骼疾患(MSDs)的危害越来越受到国内与国际社会的关注。本文介绍了护理人员MSDs患病的现状、发病的危险因素,并提出如何以工效学为主来控制和预防我国护理人员MSDs的发生,以及目前该领域存在的挑战。
The hazards of nursing staff musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are receiving more and more attention from the domestic and international community. This article describes the current status of MSDs in nursing staff and the risk factors of their occurrence. It also puts forward how to control and prevent the occurrence of MSDs in our country with ergonomics as well as the current challenges in this field.
