用气相输运平衡技术成功地制备出了近化学计量组分的Er∶LiNbO3晶体 ,系统地研究了该晶体的吸收边移动、可见—红外透射谱、荧光光谱的物理特性 .与同成分Er∶LiNbO3晶体相比 ,近化学计量组分Er∶LiNbO3晶体的吸收边出现了“蓝移” ;OH- 吸收带明显减弱 ;在可见—近红外波段呈现出更高的透过率 ;同时Er3+ 离子的发光强度也明显提高 .这些结果表明近化学组分的Er∶LiNbO3材料用作激光器的增益介质将有助于进一步改善激光器的性能
The near-stoichiometric composition of Er: LiNbO3 crystal was successfully prepared by gas-phase transport equilibrium technique, and its absorption edge shift, visible-infrared transmission spectrum and physical properties of fluorescence spectrum were systematically studied. Compared with LiNbO3 crystal, “blue shift” appears in the absorption edge of the near-stoichiometric Er: LiNbO3 crystal; the OH- absorption band is obviously weakened; the transmittance in the visible-near infrared band is higher; meanwhile, Er3 + Luminous intensity is also significantly improved.These results show that the near-chemical composition of Er:LiNbO3 material used as laser gain medium will help to further improve the performance of the laser
