谐波是影响电力系统电能质量的一个重要因素。电力市场的蓬勃开展给电网谐波的治理提供了新思路,通过电能质量市场的利益激励机制促进谐波污染的治理。谐波电价是开展电能质量市场的基础,实施电能质量市场首先需要解决的一个问题是如何对电能质量污染注入进行合理定价。文中提出综合考虑各次谐波并计及不同节点的谐波畸变约束以及谐波可能导致的电压越限等约束条件的谐波注入边际电价模型,并采用内点法求解。18节点算例表明该模型能达到资源的优化配置,促进谐波污染的治理,证明了该模型和算法的有效性。
Harmonic is an important factor affecting the power quality of power system. The vigorous development of power market has provided new ideas for the control of power grid harmonics, and promoted the harnessing of harmonic pollution through the incentive mechanism of power quality market. Harmonic power price is the basis for developing power quality market. One of the first problems to be solved in the implementation of power quality market is how to reasonably price the power quality pollution injections. This paper presents a model of harmonic injection marginal price considering synthetically harmonics, harmonic distortions constraints considering different nodes, voltage over-limit and so on, which can be solved by the interior point method. The example of 18 nodes shows that the model can achieve the optimal allocation of resources and promote the governance of harmonic pollution, which proves the validity of the model and algorithm.
