近年来我国高速公路迅猛发展,招标投标作为建设市场的主要交易方式之一,已被人们所接受并加以推广。作为从事高速公路工程施工的建设者来讲,对招投标的过程有一个全面清晰的认识很有必要。本文是根据笔者几年来的投标工作中的初浅认识和体会并参阅有关文献总结出来的,仅供同仁参考。 In recent years, the rapid development of China’s expressway, bidding as the construction of the market, one of the major transactions, has been accepted and to be promoted. As a builder engaged in expressway construction, it is necessary to have a comprehensive and clear understanding of the bidding process. This article is based on the author’s first few years of tender work in the initial understanding and experience and refer to the relevant literature summed up, for reference only colleagues.
