同学们: 今天,我市第一届村级后备干部两年制大专学历教育班开学。这是我市干部教育培训工作中的一件大事,我代表市委向在座的参加首届大专学历教育班的同学们表示衷心的祝贺和亲切的问候。村级后备干部学历教育工作是市委认真贯彻落实江总书记“三个代表”重要思想,强化基层基础建设,充实农村后备干部力量的一项重要举措。市委要求加大对农牧区村级后备干部的培养力度,使他们进一步提高政治文化素质、更新观念,增强带领广大农牧民致富的本领,以解决目前村级干部结构不合理、综合素质和工作水平跟不上形势要求、后继乏人的问题。为此,经市委研究,决定举办三届 Students: Today, the city’s first village-level cadre of two-year college degree education classes started.
