目前,关于噪声问题,应该作为流体机械设计考虑的一个重要方面。液压装置的噪声源,主要是油泵,其次是溢流阀和电机。由溢流阀所组成的液压系统,因该阀和管路内的脉动油液的相互作用,在一定的条件下,常会产生振动而引起噪声,使液压系统的配管和液压件发生损坏,严重地干扰液压系统的正常工作,缩短液压装置和工作油的寿命。若在宇航工业中如在人造卫星和宇宙火箭上装备了这样的液压装置,就会引起操纵失灵,完不成预定的工作。因此,对于溢流阀噪声问题的研究是十分必要的。

Interfere with the normal operation of the hydraulic system and shorten the life of the hydraulic unit and working oil. If in the aerospace industry such as satellites and space rockets equipped with such a hydraulic device, it will cause the failure to operate, can not finish the scheduled work. Therefore, the research on the noise of relief valve is very necessary.
