目的探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚(PHC)预处理对大鼠急性肺损伤支气管肺泡灌洗液TNF-α和IL-6水平的影响。方法 48例SD大鼠,随机分4组:C组:尾静脉注射生理盐水1ml/kg;M组:尾静脉注射大肠杆菌脂多糖(LPS)5mg/kg;P1组:尾静脉注射大肠杆菌LPS 5mg/kg+PHC 0.25mg/kg;P2组:尾静脉注射大肠杆菌LPS5mg/kg+PHC 0.75mg/kg。每组12只。观察与C组和M组比较,支气管肺泡灌洗液TNF-α和IL-6结果。结果 TNF-α:与C组比较,3组升高(P<0.01);与M组比较,P1和P2组降低(P<0.01);与P1组比较,P2组降低(P<0.05)。IL-6:与C组比较,3组升高(P<0.01);与M组比较,P1和P2组降低(P<0.01);与P1组比较,P2组降低(P<0.05)。结论 PHC预处理能有效减低脓毒症大鼠肺组织血浆TNF-α和IL-6水平,并且在一定剂量范围内呈剂量效应关系。
Objective To investigate the effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride (PHC) pretreatment on the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of acute lung injury in rats. Methods 48 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: group C: tail vein injection of saline 1 ml / kg; group M: tail vein injection of E. coli lipopolysaccharide (LPS) 5 mg / kg; group P1: tail vein injection of E. coli LPS 5mg / kg + PHC 0.25mg / kg; P2 group: tail vein injection of E. coli LPS5mg / kg + PHC 0.75mg / kg. 12 in each group. The results of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid TNF-α and IL-6 were compared with those in group C and M. Results Compared with group C, the level of TNF-α increased in group 3 (P <0.01). Compared with group M, group P1 and P2 decreased (P <0.01). Compared with group P1, group P2 decreased (P <0.05). IL-6: Compared with C group, the three groups increased (P <0.01). Compared with M group, P1 and P2 group decreased (P <0.01). Compared with P1 group, P2 group decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion PHC pretreatment can effectively reduce the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the lung tissue of septic rats, and dose-dependently in a dose range.
