北京市建筑工程研究所等单位共同合作,利用材源丰富、价格低廉的再生橡胶对石油沥青毡进行改性,并用这种改性沥青生产油毡,解决了再生橡胶与石油沥青共熔混合的关键技术,现已生产化纤胎改性沥青毡3万多m~2,先后在首都机场仓库、机场宾馆、北京日报社微机房等新建或翻修的屋面防水工程中施工应用了2万多m~2,取得了较好的技术经济效果。化纤胎改性沥青油毡的主要技术性能:拉伸强度4.22MPa,撕裂强度21.32kN/m,延伸率52.8%,柔度(在-10℃时,绕φ20mm圆棒无裂纹)合格,不透气性(动水压0.2MPa)为60min,吸水率为1.43%,耐热度(85℃加热5h)合格。这种花纤胎改性沥青油毡的延伸率为纸胎石油沥青油
