任务的由来1975年鞍山钢铁公司、本溪钢铁公司的1700热连轧机组自动化所需的20MN(2000tf)测压仪标定问题迫在眉睫;七机部大型火箭推力的测量也需要标定lOOOtf以上的力传感器。因此冶金部和七机部分别要求国家标准计量局建立2000tf标准测力机。造船、建筑、原子能发电、海洋石油开采等行业,也有此需要。1975年10月,国家标准计量局在京召开专题会议,讨论大力值标准的建立问题,到会的有一机部、冶金部、六机部、七机部、国家建委、工程兵等代表!

In October 1975, the National Bureau of Standards and Metrology held a special meeting in Beijing to discuss the establishment of a strong value standard. At the meeting there was a machine department, a metallurgical department, a six-machine department, a seven-machine department, the State Construction Commission and the engineering corps.
