研制了六种宽带晶体管放大器.LD4015和 LD4048的频率范围分别为0.5~1千兆赫和1~2千兆赫,典型的小讯号增益分别为27分贝和24分贝。LD4015A 和 LD4048A 是上述型号的高增益改进型,在相同的频率范围内,它们的增益分别为54分贝和48分贝。LD4089和 LD4108的频率范围分别为0.66~1.16千兆赫和3.0~4.5千兆赫,典型的小讯号增益分别为30分贝和11分贝。放大器由制作在陶瓷衬底上的具有片电容和电阻的微带电路及微波晶体管组成。本文叙述了放大器的设计和性能。
Six wideband transistor amplifiers have been developed, with LD4015 and LD4048 operating at 0.5 to 1 GHz and 1 to 2 GHz, respectively, with typical small signal gains of 27 dB and 24 dB, respectively. The LD4015A and LD4048A are high-gain versions of the above models with gains of 54 and 48 dB, respectively, in the same frequency range. The frequency ranges of LD4089 and LD4108 are 0.66 to 1.16 GHz and 3.0 to 4.5 GHz, respectively, with typical small signal gains of 30 dB and 11 dB, respectively. The amplifier consists of a microstrip circuit with a chip capacitor and resistor fabricated on a ceramic substrate and a microwave transistor. This article describes the amplifier design and performance.
