信息化的高速发展对政府信息能力提出了更高的要求,信息能力已经成为影响政府执政能力和行政水平的关键因素之一。根据政府信息能力的内涵和特征,构建政府信息能力评价指标体系和基于未确知测度评价模型,结合实证评价结果提出对策和建议,对于促进政府信息能力建设具有参考价值。
The rapid development of information technology has put forward higher requirements on government information capabilities. Information capability has become one of the key factors that affect the government’s ability to govern and the level of administration. According to the connotation and characteristics of government information ability, constructing the government information ability evaluation index system and unascertained measurement evaluation model, and combining with the results of empirical evaluation put forward countermeasures and suggestions, which have reference value for promoting the government information capacity building.
