目的:探讨在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)测定的临床意义。方法:选择确诊的BTCC48例及正常膀胱组织12例,采用免疫组织化学法测定COX-2、VEGF-C的阳性表达率,检测微淋巴管密度(LMVD),结合临床病理特征进行对照分析。结果:BTCC组织中COX-2、VEGF-C阳性表达率分别为62.5%和66.7%,显著高于正常膀胱组织(P<0.05)。COX-2、VEGF-C表达与BTCC分级、分期及LMVD呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2、VEGF-C测定对预测BTCC淋巴结转移有一定参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC) Methods: 48 cases of BTCC and 12 cases of normal bladder tissue were selected. The expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C were detected by immunohistochemical method. The lymphatic vessel density (LMVD) was detected by immunohistochemical method and the clinicopathological features were compared. Results: The positive rates of COX-2 and VEGF-C in BTCC tissues were 62.5% and 66.7% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal bladder tissues (P <0.05). The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF-C were positively correlated with the grade, stage and LMVD of BTCC (P <0.05). Conclusion: The detection of COX-2 and VEGF-C have some reference value for predicting the lymph node metastasis of BTCC.
