中国石油规划总院是中国石油直属的决策支持机构。“十一五”期间,总院获得省部级以上奖励48项、专利4项和软件著作权3项。其中,《西气东输工程技术及应用》项目获国家科学技术进步奖一等奖。2012年规划总院获得第三批全国文明单位荣誉称号,是中国石油在京企业当年唯一获此殊荣的单位。在日常工作中,院党委形成了“3113”工作原则和内容,是精神文明和企业文化建设的有力保障。
China Petroleum Planning Institute is directly under the CPC’s decision-making support institutions. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the General Hospital won 48 awards above provincial and ministerial level, 4 patents and 3 software copyright. Among them, the “West-East Gas Transmission Project Technology and Application” project won the first prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. In 2012, the Planning Institute won the honorary title of the third batch of national civilized units and is the only unit that PetroChina honored in this year in Beijing. In daily work, the party committee of the hospital has formed the working principle and content of “3113 ”, which is a powerful guarantee for the construction of spiritual civilization and enterprise culture.
