用有限元软件对某公司共轭延伸孔型系统轧制进行了模拟。在模拟分析之后得出了孔型系统易产生镰刀弯、轧出方坯对称性不好等问题。针对这些问题进行了孔型调整优化。对调整优化后的孔型模拟验证,结果表明,调整后的孔型系统可用于实际生产。
The finite element software was used to simulate the rolling of a company’s conjugate extended hole system. After the simulation analysis, it is concluded that the hole system is easy to produce sickle bend and the billet symmetry is not good. In order to solve these problems hole adjustment optimization. After adjusting the optimized pass simulation, the results show that the adjusted pass system can be used in actual production.
