目的:研究盐酸关附甲素注射液对人体的血流动力学作用。方法:经颈静脉或股静脉送入Swan-Ganz导管至肺动脉主分支内,进行血流动力学监测。盐酸关附甲素注射液负荷量4mg·kg-1,5min内静脉匀速注射,继以维持量40μg·kg-1·min-1静脉泵入90min。观察10例健康受试者用药前、用药中和停药后12h内的血流动力学参数的变化。结果:用药前后血压、肺动脉压、肺动脉楔压(PAWP)、右房压、肺循环阻力无明显变化。心输出量及心脏指数在维持量90min时轻度降低,每搏输出量及每搏指数同时轻度降低,体循环阻力升高。但以上参数的均值在正常范围之内。结论:虽然盐酸关附甲素注射液可使部分血流动力学参数发生轻度改变,但受试者对盐酸关附甲素在血流动力学方面耐受较好。
Objective: To study the hemodynamic effects of Guanjuplone hydrochloride injection on human body. METHODS: Swan-Ganz catheters were inserted into the main branches of the pulmonary artery via the jugular or femoral veins for hemodynamic monitoring. Guangucin hydrochloride injection was loaded with 4 mg·kg -1 , and was injected at a uniform rate within 5 min, followed by maintaining the volume of 40 μg·kg -1 ·min -1 for 90 min. Observe the change of hemodynamic parameters within 10 hours before, during, and after drug withdrawal in 10 healthy subjects. RESULTS: There was no significant change in blood pressure, pulmonary artery pressure, pulmonary arterial wedge pressure (PAWP), right atrial pressure, or pulmonary vascular resistance before and after treatment. Cardiac output and cardiac index slightly decreased at the maintenance level of 90 min, stroke volume and stroke index decreased slightly, and body circulation resistance increased. However, the average value of the above parameters is within the normal range. CONCLUSIONS: Although HCL A can cause a slight change in some of the hemodynamic parameters, the subject is better tolerated by HCL A on hemodynamics.
