闻喜县三交沟小流域属黄土丘陵阶地区,耕地主要分布在沟道和丘岭,沟地地块破碎,坡耕地多,土地利用率低;沟渠不分,耕作不便,产量无保障;岭地无灌溉条件,干旱瘠薄,粮食产量低;作物品种单一,以粮为主,经济作物少;交通不便,群众居住分散,信息闭塞。通过实施坝滩联合整治工程、调整产业结构、建立示范园和建设生态清洁小流域等一系列措施后,流域内群众生产条件明显改善,生活水平大幅度提高,提前摘掉了贫困帽子。
The Sangatougou watershed in Wenxi County belongs to the loess hilly region. The arable land is mainly distributed in the channel and the hill and the gully land is fragmented. There are many sloping land and low land utilization rate. The ditches are not divided, the farming is inconvenient and the yield is not guaranteed. Ridge without irrigation conditions, infertile arid, low grain yield; single crop varieties to food-based, less cash crops; traffic inconvenience, scattered population, information blockage. After implementing a series of measures such as joint improvement project of dam and beach, industrial structure adjustment, establishment of demonstration garden and construction of ecological clean watershed, the production conditions for mass production in the basin have been significantly improved, living standards have been greatly improved, and poverty-stricken hatches have been removed ahead of schedule.
