随着社会经济的快速发展,社会对于人才的需求量也在逐年攀升,各行各业在市场竞争压力不断增大的情况下,都在改革人力资源管理工作,以此促进人才的有效吸收。就拿设计院来说,人力资源管理工作也是其工作的一项重要内容,如何有效开展人力资源的管理工作,激励人才的工作动力,提升工作效率,是当下设计院工作中所要解决的问题。针对上述问题,要从根本上认识问题的症结所在,积极吸收国内外人力资源管理的有效经验,将激励机制科学的引入设计院人力资源管理工作中去,以此促进设计院的发展进步。
