模拟设施土壤的盐积累状况,用0,10,20,40,80(mmol/L)的Na2CO3溶液处理番茄幼苗30d,测定不同品种番茄叶片内脯氨酸、SOD、POD、EC、MDA等指标,比较供试品种的耐盐性和盐胁迫下番茄的反映机理。结果表明,随着Na2CO3浓度的增加,番茄幼苗叶片内的脯氨酸含量、POD活性、EC值、MDA含量升高,SOD活性呈下降趋势,通过对各项生理指标的综合分析,粉红蕃茄、西番206、圣女等品种的耐盐性较强。
