选用17种低毒杀菌剂对五味子叶枯病菌进行了室内毒力测定。结果表明,50%腐霉利WP对五味子叶枯病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果最好,EC50值为0.510 1 mg.L-1;80%代森锰锌WP对五味子叶枯病菌孢子萌发的抑制效果最好,EC50值为0.020 5 mg.L-1。
Seventeen kinds of low toxicity germicides were used to determine the toxicity of Schisandra sp. The results showed that WP of 50% had the best inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of Schisandra chinensis, the EC50 value was 0.510 1 mg.L-1. The inhibition of 80% mancozeb WP on spore germination of Schisandra sp. The best effect was EC50 value of 0.020 5 mg.L-1.
