近几年来,江苏省泰兴县刁铺镇财政所针对企业实际,突破促产增收就是资金扶持的片面认识,本着缺什么就帮什么的原则,积极开展了“五帮五促”活动,收到了显著的效果。全镇工业产值和财政收入分别以25%和10%的年平均速度递增。1991年全镇工业产值达2.6亿元,镇财政收入达695.38万元。
