目的总结骨肉瘤(OS)骨显像的特点,与其他骨肿瘤及骨纤维结构不良(OFD)进行鉴别,以提高骨显像对OS鉴别诊断的价值。方法 45例OS患者,常规骨显像,对其好发部位及图像特点进行总结,测定其H值,与其他组别进行统计分析。结果 OS的骨显像分为三种类型:Ⅰ高浓聚型;Ⅱ混合型;Ⅲ低摄取型。OS的H值高于其他组骨肿瘤,与OFD组相近,但图像特点各不相同易于鉴别。结论 OS的骨显像有其特征性表现,骨显像结合H值有助于OS的鉴别诊断。
Objective To summarize the characteristics of osteosarcoma (OS) bone imaging and distinguish it from other bone tumors and fibrous dysplasia (OFD) in order to improve the value of bone imaging in the differential diagnosis of OS. Methods Forty-five OS patients underwent conventional bone imaging, and summarized their predilection sites and image features. H values were measured and compared with other groups for statistical analysis. Results Osseous imaging of OS was divided into three types: Ⅰ high concentration type; Ⅱ mixed type; Ⅲ low intake type. The H value of OS was higher than that of other groups, which was similar to OFD group, but the features of images were different and easy to identify. Conclusion OS imaging has its own characteristic bone imaging, bone imaging combined with H value is helpful in the differential diagnosis of OS.
