介绍了腹腔内温热灌注化疗仪的系统构成和各功能模块的工作原理。分别采用增量式 PI调节器和基于改进 PID的主、辅控级联控制系统 ,调节治疗关键参量 :流量和温度。通过动物活体实验获得理想数据曲线。实验结果表明该仪器治疗温控精度达到± 0 .5℃ ,流量平衡误差小于 30 ml
The system constitution of the intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy instrument and the working principle of each function module are introduced. Adopt incremental PI regulator and main and auxiliary control cascade control system based on improved PID respectively to adjust the key parameters of treatment: flow rate and temperature. The ideal data curve is obtained through animal experiments in vivo. The experimental results show that the temperature accuracy of the instrument reaches ± 0.5 ℃, the flow balance error is less than 30 ml
