目的 研究IL 8的表达在桥本氏甲状腺炎发病机制中的作用及意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析 ,检测 12例桥本氏甲状腺炎组织中IL 8的表达及分布。结果 桥本氏甲状腺炎组织中甲状腺滤泡细胞IL 8表达的阳性率为 10 0 % ,显著高于非毒性甲状腺组 ( 6 2 5 % ,P<0 0 1) ;免疫组化染色的强度亦显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。桥本氏甲状腺炎组织中病理改变越严重 ,甲状腺滤泡细胞中IL 8免疫组化染色阳性越强 ;浸润淋巴细胞IL 8免疫染色呈阴性。结论在桥本氏甲状腺炎组织中 ,甲状腺滤泡细胞IL 8呈高表达 ,且病理改变越严重 ,IL 8的表达越强 ,这可能是桥本氏甲状腺炎产生弥漫性淋巴细胞浸润及纤维化等病理改变的原因之一
Objective To study the role and significance of IL-8 expression in the pathogenesis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Methods Immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used to detect the expression and distribution of IL 8 in 12 Hashimoto’s thyroiditis tissues. Results The positive rate of IL 8 expression in thyroid follicular cells in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis was 100%, significantly higher than that in non-toxic thyroid (65.5%, P <0.01). The intensity of immunohistochemical staining Significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Hashimoto’s thyroiditis pathological changes in the more serious, thyroid follicular cells IL 8 immunohistochemical staining stronger; infiltrating lymphocytes IL 8 immunostaining was negative. Conclusions In Hashimoto’s thyroiditis tissues, the thyroid follicular cells have a high level of IL-8, and the more severe the pathological changes are, the stronger the expression of IL-8 is, which may be diffuse lymphocytic infiltration and fibrosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis One of the reasons pathological changes
