流动党员是指由于工作或者搬迁等原因在较长时间内无法正式参加党组织活动的党员。本文主要针对高校中流动党员群体如何进行教育管理进行探索研究,构建评价体系。该体系从构建的背景出发结合当下高校的教育体系制度和社会实践要求,力图通过考核评价制度选出优秀的共产党员;在实践过程中进一步推进高校流动党员教育与管理的新模式。
Mobile party members refer to those party members who can not formally participate in the activities of party organizations for a long period of time due to work or relocation. This article mainly aims at the exploration and study of how to carry out the education and management of the floating party members in colleges and universities, and establishes the evaluation system. Based on the background of the system, this system combines the present system of university education and social practice with the aim of selecting outstanding communists through the appraisal and evaluation system. It further promotes the new mode of education and management of the mobile party members in colleges and universities.
