以JA39-1200E型闭式四点压力机的滑块为研究对象,使用UG进行三维建模,通过UG与ANSYS Workbench的嵌套,将三维模型导入有限元软件ANSYS Workbench,对滑块模型进行静刚度分析,并运用ANSYS DesignXplorer对其进行结构优化,根据优化结果对原方案进行修改,从而达到减轻自重的目的,为结构的合理设计与改进提供了可靠的依据。
With the slider of JA39-1200E closed four-point press as the research object, UG was used to carry out the three-dimensional modeling. Through the nesting of UG and ANSYS Workbench, the three-dimensional model was imported into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench. Stiffness analysis, and use ANSYS DesignXplorer to optimize its structure, according to the optimization results to modify the original program, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing self-weight, and provide a reliable basis for the rational design and improvement of the structure.
