作为特定市场条件下的独特组织形式,企业集团竞争优势来源一直成为战略管理领域的重要议题。基于新兴经济体制度环境的特殊性,本文从多理论视角对新兴经济体中企业集团这一特殊经济组织形式及其竞争优势的产生和演化进行讨论,分别基于产业组织理论、资源基础理论以及制度理论对企业集团的多元化战略、国际化战略以及创新战略的成因与后果进行了讨论,从动态演化角度对集团竞争优势与外部制度环境变化之间的演化关系进行了系统分析,并对未来研究提出了相应建议。
